Individual Psychotherapy and Counselling
At Kara Wellbeing individual psychotherapy and counselling provide a safe, confidential space to explore the challenges you are facing and the emotions that come with them. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be attended in person at the Kara Wellbeing clinic in Westport or online from anywhere in Ireland.
My practice is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches while keeping a person-centred philosophy at the core. This means the work is guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels most meaningful for you.
Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, grief, stress, relationship issues, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, this supportive therapeutic space offers warmth, non-judgment, and genuine understanding. Together, we work towards helping you find clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of wellbeing.


Wellbeing & Mental Health Workshops
Karen is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach, delivering engaging and impactful workshops designed to strengthen mental health, wellbeing, and human connection.
Karen regularly work with teams and organisations, offering workshops on topics such as confidence, communication, resilience, self-care, and psychological safety. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the group, encouraging meaningful conversations, practical tools, and lasting positive change.
Whether delivered in-person or online, these workshops aim to support healthier workplaces, stronger teams, and more connected communities.
